Scope of Service: This service applies exclusively to businesses seeking compliance for API-generated SMS messages sent to US-based phone numbers. TextReady does not provide compliance materials for SMS campaigns targeting phone numbers outside of the United States.
TextReady provides a one-time compliance package ("Packet") designed to assist businesses in preparing materials for submission to Twilio's A2P 10DLC SMS campaign registration process. The Packet includes:
All materials are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
TextReady makes absolutely no guarantees, express or implied, regarding the outcome of your Twilio campaign registration. Twilio's approval process is governed entirely by Twilio, its carrier partners, and applicable regulations. We do not guarantee that your campaign will be approved, that your registration will be accepted, or that your SMS messages will be delivered.
Twilio's requirements, policies, and approval criteria are subject to change at any time without notice. TextReady has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, any decisions made by Twilio or its carrier partners.
All sales are final. TextReady does not offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

The materials provided in your Packet are designed for use as-is. TextReady is not responsible for campaign denial resulting from the Customer's failure to submit the materials as provided. This includes, but is not limited to:
Your Packet includes a hosted opt-in consent landing page at a unique URL on TextReady's hosting infrastructure. You must use this URL — not your primary business website URL — when completing your Twilio campaign registration. Substituting any other URL will result in campaign denial, and TextReady bears no responsibility for that outcome.
The opt-in form, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy HTML files included in your Packet may be added to your primary business website at your discretion. However, it is strongly recommended that you do so only after your Twilio campaign has been approved. Making changes to your website prior to approval may cause inconsistencies that could affect your registration. TextReady is not responsible for any issues arising from the Customer's decision to add materials to their website before campaign approval.
Twilio is an independent third-party platform. TextReady has no affiliation with Twilio and is not a Twilio partner, reseller, or authorized representative. TextReady is not responsible for Twilio's customer support, lack thereof, platform outages, policy changes, registration delays, or any other issue arising from your use of Twilio's platform. Any disputes, issues, or concerns related to Twilio's platform must be directed to Twilio directly.
Customer support is available by email only at support@text-ready.com. TextReady does not offer phone support, live chat, or in-person support. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support inquiries within 2 business days. Support is limited to questions about the materials included in your Packet and does not extend to assistance with Twilio's platform, account setup, or billing.
The materials generated in your Packet are licensed to you for use in connection with your Twilio campaign registration and your business website. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent the materials as your own work product for commercial purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TextReady's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Packet ($59.00). In no event shall TextReady be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
TextReady reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted at text-ready.com. Your continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
